My name is Thanutchaya Hirundaj, or Pleng and I'm Thailand. I am currently studying at the University of Leeds, majoring in International Business and Marketing at the Leeds University Business School.

I was fascinated with the career prospects and development the university will prepare the students.

After graduating from Concordian International School in Thailand, I decided to come to the University of Leeds after realizing how many opportunities would be offered to me by the university. When I was researching into the university, I was fascinated with the career prospects and development the university will prepare the students.

It has been one year since I started my studies at Leeds, I have been amazed by the facilities the university offers, especially Helix, the new digital and innovation space located on campus in the EC Stoner Building. Helix is filled with innovative and digital facilities for students, staff and community to collaborate and develop their ideas. Not to mention the Nexus building, where there is a community for innovators and entrepreneurs. The environment at the university strongly inspires me to strive to start developing my business from scratch.

Aside from studying , I enjoy living in Leeds city centre. I find the city compact, convenient, and captivating. I personally believe that this city facilitates students in every aspect students need in their living and studying. I live in a student accommodation, located in the city centre and close to the university with only a 10-20 minute walk to campus. The location makes everything convenient since it's within walking distance between the city and the university. I look forward to spending my years in Leeds, believing that it will push me closer towards my dream and will allow me to
enjoy my university life.
